Collection & Returns
**We will notify you by email when your items have arrived so you can be confident you are not making a wasted trip to collect your goods.**
For orders placed from 8am Monday - 3pm Thursday - your order will usually be ready for collection within 48hrs.
For orders placed from 3pm Thursday - 8am Monday, collection will be available from Tuesday 2pm onwards.
Please remember to choose which practice you would like your goods delivered to.
All orders need to be collected within 7 days of the order being placed.
An email confirming receipt of the order and notification of expected collection day will be sent. If our supplier is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise when collection is expected. Some acessories could take approx 10 days to arrive.
Unfortunately the surgery is unable to offer a delivery service at the moment.
**Hills Science Plan and Royal Canin have a satisfaction guarantee on their food. Should your pet find the food unpalatable your money can be refunded but the food will need to be returned to the surgery by the customer for a refund to be awarded. Any food found to have an expiry date within 1 month of the collection date will be replaced free of charge.
